SIFE Albania Leadership Training
Tirana International Hotel

SIFE Albania held a special Leadership Training Week-end for SIFE students and their faculty advisors at Hotel Tirana International on 17th November 2007. The training day was very intense, student registration began by 9 am and the day finished at 5pm.
Various workshops were conducted by Jorida Tabaku, Executive Director of SIFE Albania, Saimir Sallaku, Country Coordinator for SIFE Albania, Sidita Dibra, SIFE Alumni, Senida Buza, Vodafone HR and Alma Bici, Agna Group PR. During the training students were introduced to the SIFE programme and criteria. Team sustainability and the project development process received particular emphasis in the presentations.
To help teams improve their operations, more experienced SIFE students shared their international experiences, gave advice on how to build a sustainable SIFE Team and how to develop projects.
 About 180 students from 9 different universities and 5 different cities took part at this training weekend. The group was devided in two separate sessions one for senior students and one for junior students. The junior students were introduced with the SIFE criterea dn project developement while different speakers explained the sustainability of the team, business ethics and how can a SIFE team manage the PR.
 Thesenior group discussed on the new teams requirements and ideas on how to improve their projects and work. Good luck to all SIFE teams and we hope to see them again on the upcoming events.
